The Bar Convent Berlin is coming up. Are you an exhibitor offering beverages? Then you can rent suitable glasses here and order them directly.
We offer reliable deliveries, constant communication and high-quality equipment so that you can enjoy Bar Convent Berlin stress-free.
Order your glasses as soon as possible, by 15 September 2025 at the latest! For bookings made after the above date, we will charge a late booking fee.
Dishwashing service
Let us wash your dishes and glasses for you so that you can concentrate fully on the exhibition.
When booking in the online shop, you can pay by invoice, credit card or PayPal. Alternatively, if you book spontaneously on site, you can also pay at our Eventura counter in the ‘Grosser Stern’ with a debit or credit card, or continue to pay via the web shop.

Furniture / Service equipment Televisions / Refrigerators
Since an impressive exhibition stand also needs the right furniture and equipment, we also offer you a selection of exhibition furniture, TVs, refrigerators, service material and waste containers.
You can find all our equipment directly here in our BCB webshop.
It will be delivered directly to your stand, set up before the start of the fair and we will also collect it from there after the end of the BCB.
Order your furniture as soon as possible by 15.09.2025 at the latest.
For bookings after this date we will charge a late fee.
Please note that the booked equipment will only be provided after receipt of payment!
